Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be sent to our Billing Department at [billing@viralify.me] or communicated to your Account Manager. A cancellation request will only be valid once confirmed by the respective department. Cancellation requests will be considered only when submitted within 12 hours of placing the order and if the project has not yet started execution. Requests made after 12 hours or once project execution has begun will not be eligible for cancellation.
Third-Party Services
Viralify.me will not be held responsible for any issues arising from third-party services, including hosting, web development, content writing, or similar external vendors. Refund claims related to such services must be resolved directly with the third-party provider.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, Viralify.me does not guarantee refunds upon cancellation. For monthly payment agreements, it is understood that payments for the subsequent month are only released after reviewing the performance of the current month. Refunds will not be issued for ongoing or completed services.
No Performance Guarantees
Viralify.me does not make any guarantees regarding outcomes such as website traffic, rankings, or similar metrics. Refund claims based on unmet performance expectations will not be entertained.
Compliance with Canadian Laws
Viralify.me adheres to Canadian Consumer Protection Acts and the Competition Act. We ensure transparency in our terms of service and avoid false or misleading claims about service performance. Customers are encouraged to review all terms before placing an order. For disputes that cannot be resolved directly, consumers may refer complaints to their provincial Consumer Protection Office.
